  • We need to have your urinary bladder full in order to perform an ultrasound examination. Is your bladder full?

Physiotherapy

  • Suctioning: This will help you cough and breath better. A tube will be put in your mouth/nose to remove any sputum in your airways. Take slow deep breaths while the tube is inserted. It may be uncomfortable, you will cough so sputum can be removed to you breath easier.
