    Monkeypox

    Monkeypox is a rare viral infection usually associated with travel to Central and West Africa. It is usually spread by very close contact with someone with monkeypox and most people recover within a few weeks.

    What is cancer screening?

    Cancer screening involves simple tests that look for early signs of cancer, or the conditions that cause cancer. Screening tests can find cancer before you can see or feel any changes to your body. When you find cancer early, it is easier to treat successfully. This fact sheet summerises the three different screening processes for breast- bowel and cervical cancer.

Practicing mindfulness helps reduce stress and anxiety, and can improve our overall wellbeing. It can also help to improve focus, memory, cultivate calmness and regulate emotions. This set of Mindfulness audio resources includes 6 Mindfulness exercises, each lasting between 5 to 17 minutes. To maximize the benefits of the mindfulness strategies, we suggest that you practice as often as you can even when you are not feeling stressed.
