Appointment reminder tool

The NSW Multicultural Health Communication Service's Online Appointment Reminder Translation Tool is designed for use by health service providers only and is not intended for public use.

The tool supports health service providers to communicate appointment information to patients or clients in their preferred language.

For guidance on how to use this tool, see the training documentation.

Health service providers can use the tool to:

  • Create appointment reminders in a patient's or client's preferred language.
  • Create appointment cancellation messages in a patient's or client's preferred language.
