These booklets provide useful information to support breastfeeding, tummy time, healthy infant feeding practices, sleep and mother's well-being. Eight booklets are available on this site, four each for Chinese and Arabic versions (antenatal stage, 0-2 months, 2-4 months, 4-6 months).

      0-2 Months A Healthy Beginning for Your Baby from Birth

      These parenting booklets were developed by the Cultural Adaptation of Healthy Beginnings Team to reduce early risks for childhood obesity.
